The tools use JPEG and the preferred dimensions below. An exact-size setting crops from the center. Start with a well-framed source and inspect the result, especially signatures near the edge.

Why a file can still be rejected
File weight does not establish that a photograph meets the notice. Framing, lighting, a readable signature, and the correct document field still matter. Keep the original and compare the downloaded image before submission.
A very simple signature can remain below 10 KB even at high JPEG quality. The compressor reports this instead of inserting unused bytes. Use a clean, detailed source or follow the portal's current guidance; do not add artificial marks to a signature.
Can I change the reference values?
Yes. Open Advanced options to set the minimum file size, exact pixels and output format from your notice. Both pixel fields must be filled when you want an exact crop. Leave them at zero to preserve the original proportions.
Need only a maximum size?
Use the 50 KB image compressor for a maximum-only photo limit or the 20 KB compressor for a small signature file. These pages do not apply an IBPS size range automatically.
Frequently asked questions
Does this preset apply to every IBPS exam?
No. It uses the identified CRP PO XIII reference. A different recruitment cycle may request different files or sizes. Compare the current notice with the settings above before compressing.
Why is a simple signature below the minimum?
A small image with a mostly plain background can contain too little detail to reach the minimum size at the selected dimensions. The tool reports this and does not add filler bytes. Check the source and your current application instructions.
Are my photograph and signature uploaded?
No. Decoding, resizing, compression and ZIP creation happen on your device. Download your results before closing the page; the site does not keep a copy.
