Your files stay yours.

Files are processed on your device and never leave your browser. This applies to JPEG, PNG, WebP and HEIC processing as well as ZIP creation.

Images and results

Selected images and compressed results are held temporarily in your page's memory. We do not send image bytes, names, thumbnails or embedded metadata to a server. Clearing the file list or leaving the page releases the tool's references. Your browser manages its own memory.

Download any results you want to keep before closing the page. The tool does not maintain a server copy or a persistent image library. Files you download remain wherever your browser saves downloads.

Metadata

Images are decoded and encoded again. Source EXIF fields such as camera details and GPS location are not copied into the output. Browser-generated format or color information may be present. Always inspect sensitive images before sharing them.

Website traffic

Your browser requests this site's HTML, scripts and styles from the hosting provider. HEIC support loads an additional decoder from this same site only when needed. Ordinary hosting logs can include an IP address, request time, URL and browser information; they do not contain your selected images.

Analytics and cookies

Analytics are not enabled in this deployment. The image tool uses no tracking cookies, advertising scripts or error-reporting service. There is no account to create.

Contact and changes

If you email the operator, the email service will process the information you choose to send. Do not attach private photographs unless you intend to share them. See the contact page. Changes to this policy will be reflected in the date above.
